2Accepting these terms
By creating an account, or by signing in with Google for the first time, you accept these terms. If you use Taskloader on behalf of an organization, you accept them for that organization and confirm that you may do so.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It is not part of this contract, but please read it.
3Taskloader, and what it costs
Taskloader lets you plan projects with other people: tasks on a board and by person, checklists, files, comments, invitations with roles, and an assistant that answers questions about the project, writes reports and proposes changes for you to review.
Taskloader is free, for you and for everyone you invite. If we ever offer paid features, we will tell you in advance, and nothing you use will start to cost money without your explicit agreement.
4Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Taskloader.
- Give your real name and an email address that you use, and keep them up to date.
- An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for what is done through your account, unless it happened because of our fault.
- If you sign in with Google, your Google account’s security is also part of your Taskloader account’s security.
5Projects, roles and invitations
Whoever creates a project is its owner. The owner and the project’s admins invite people and choose their roles:
- Owner: full control of the project.
- Admin: edits tasks and manages people.
- Editor: creates, edits and moves tasks.
- Viewer: sees everything and comments.
An invitation link lets whoever holds it join with its role, once, within seven days, so share it only with the person you mean to invite. The owner decides who is in the project and is responsible for that choice. Members can leave a project, and admins can remove members; anyone who leaves or is removed loses access, and what they added stays with the project.
6Your content
You keep all your rights in what you put into Taskloader: tasks, comments, files and everything else (“your content”).
You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display your content, only as needed to run Taskloader for you and the members of your projects. That includes making backups and previews, and sending the parts of a project the Privacy Policy describes to the AI model when you ask the assistant something. The licence lasts while your content is in Taskloader, and ends when it has been deleted and has left our backups. We don’t sell your content or use it to train AI models.
You confirm that you may share your content, that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights, and that where it contains other people’s personal data, you have a lawful basis to add it and have told them where the law requires. For personal data that you add as part of your organization’s work, your organization decides what it is used for.
7The assistant
- Answers, reports and proposed changes come from a third-party AI model. They can be wrong or incomplete, so check what matters before you rely on it. The numbers, charts and task lists in answers are counted by Taskloader from the project, but what the assistant says about them is its own reading.
- Nothing changes in a project until you apply a proposal, and you are responsible for the changes you apply.
- Every member can ask the assistant about a project; only owners, admins and editors can apply changes. Don’t put sensitive personal data into a question, such as health information or details about someone’s private life.
8Using Taskloader fairly
Please don’t:
- break the law, or help anyone else to;
- upload content that is illegal, infringes someone’s rights, contains malware, or exploits or harms children;
- harass, threaten or deceive other people, or send spam through invitations;
- access projects or accounts that aren’t yours, or probe, test or get around Taskloader’s security;
- overload or disrupt Taskloader, or access it by automated means other than using the app as intended;
- copy, resell or rent out Taskloader, or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.
To keep Taskloader working for everyone, some limits apply, such as 100 MB per file, 2,000 tasks shown per board, and 60 questions to the assistant per person per hour. We may set other reasonable limits when they are needed to protect the service.
9Reporting illegal content
If you find content in Taskloader that you believe is illegal, write to [email protected] with where it is and why you believe it is illegal. We review reports promptly and fairly, and tell you what we decided. The same address is our single point of contact for users and authorities under the EU Digital Services Act; you can write to it in English or Bulgarian.
10Our rights in Taskloader
Taskloader’s software, design, name and logo belong to Aifnet Ltd. or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Taskloader under these terms. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without owing you anything.
11Availability and changes to Taskloader
We work to keep Taskloader available and secure, but we can’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We sometimes need to interrupt it for maintenance or updates.
We may add, change or remove features. If a change would significantly reduce what you can do with Taskloader, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can. We back up the database every day, but please keep your own copies of files that matter to you.
12Ending the agreement
You can stop using Taskloader whenever you like, and ask us at [email protected] to delete your account. What deletion removes, and when, is in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or to prevent harm to others or to Taskloader. Unless the law or someone’s safety prevents it, we will tell you why, and you can reply to us before a final decision.
If we decide to stop offering Taskloader, we will tell you at least 60 days in advance, and give you a copy of your data on request before it closes.
13Liability
We are fully liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, and wherever mandatory law does not allow liability to be limited.
Otherwise, because Taskloader is provided free of charge, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for slight negligence, for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or revenue, or for losing data that your own copies would have preserved.
If you use Taskloader as a consumer, you keep every right that mandatory consumer law gives you, and nothing in these terms limits those rights.
If you use Taskloader for business, you will compensate us for claims by third parties that arise from your content or from your breach of these terms. This does not apply to consumers.
14Other services
Signing in with Google is subject to Google’s own terms. Where Taskloader links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example for new features or changes in the law. If a change affects you materially, we will tell you in Taskloader or by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don’t agree, you can stop using Taskloader and ask us to delete your account before then; if you continue to use it afterwards, the new terms apply.
16Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of that country’s mandatory laws, and you can bring a claim in its courts. Otherwise, the competent courts in Sofia decide disputes.
If something goes wrong, please write to us first at [email protected]; we will try to resolve it with you directly. Consumers can also turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or the European Consumer Centre in their country. We are not obliged to, and do not commit to, take part in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
17General
- These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about Taskloader. If a part of them is invalid, the rest still applies.
- If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up.
- We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over Taskloader, if your rights under it are not reduced, and we will tell you if we do. You may not transfer your account to someone else.
- These terms are written in English. Questions about them go to [email protected].
